If I move into a cave today, will I miss the entertainment?

Yesterday in the CTTM bookclub discussion, we went far out into realms unseen.  It was raw, rough, and for me, emotional.  Someone quoted Alan Watt as saying something to the effect, “If the physical plane was not important, we wouldn’t be here, having human/physical experiences”.  I wasn’t taking notes, so I cannot reference which talk that came from for you.  But here is a different quote from my favorite of Alan Watt’s blurbs, “Sing Your Song and Steal Some Time” (28 February 2007):

“I've said many times this is the place, the war zone, where everything meets in the world of matter, the plane of matter”.

I recall the date of another talk we discussed yesterday, and that was an interview Alan had with Jackie Patru of Sweet Liberty on 24 May 2006.  Jackie was concerned that people don’t understand that “…with Creator, all things are possible” and Alan responded, “They’re possible, as long as we understand fully, and I mean fully the situation we’re in.  You see, close to this, on the mirror image of this, you have all the new age movements, which grabs all the real data.  You see, intelligence, this is what intelligence and counterintelligence is.  Intelligence is information that’s been passed around to the ordinary public.  It’s leaked out.  It’s getting passed around.  Counterintelligence agencies that work for the super-governments grab that information.  They put out their own people to become superstars.  And so, the public immediately listen to them speak.  We’re trained to follow the stars, like Hollywood.  The big successful ones.  So they say the same things, the intelligence, then they counter it by wrapping it up in a lot of nonsense and throwing it into outer space, or telling you it doesn’t matter, it’s all illusion.  And that’s the trick of counterintelligence.  So, you see, I’m trying to tell people.  And I’ve heard people who phone me up.  They’ll follow the big ones, and that’s what they’ll tell me, it doesn’t matter, because nothing is real anyway”.  And I thought, boy, what a mind job has been done on them, because now they’re rendered utterly harmless”.

In Hinduism, we have Maya, the concept that illusion or magic creates the perception of the phenomenal world as real, while blinding us to our spiritual nature.  The idea for this piece arrived to me this morning with the title, “Strawberry Fields Forever”.  I kept the idea and discarded the title.  The lines “Nothing is real, nothing to get hung about” are the essence of Maya, and in the interview with Jackie, Alan did talk about the Beatles’ role in promoting New Age concepts.  But this Redux is from 20 September 2020 and I want to broaden the scope of the concept of illusion.

I begin in the war zone.

I compare intelligence to currency.  A current flows from a source; we have some innate to us, we can acquire more [intelligence], we can use it to improve our situation or that of others.

Knowledge is the state or fact of knowing, the awareness and understanding gained through study and experience.  Alan replied to Jackie that [all things are possible] as long as we understand fully, and I mean fully the situation we’re in.  Sir Francis Bacon was correct, Knowledge is power.  Power sustains itself and jealously guards its source: Knowledge.

Intelligence is the ability to use knowledge.  How is that countered?  By whom?

If we are confined to the narrowest definition of New Age, then we might be stuck studying our star charts.  Jackie said, “…with Creator, all things are possible” and Alan said, “…intelligence is information that’s been passed around to the ordinary public…counterintelligence agencies that work for the super-governments grab that information”.  This would not make sense if Alan wasn’t thinking beyond the yoga mat.  A broader definition of New Age includes language and tools used to transform the human condition (similar to the way older religions functioned).

The New Age was also the British weekly of the Fabian Socialists for more than forty years up to 1938, so the words New and Age might be best employed to discuss the transition period we are in, whether we think of it as a Great Reset, a 4th Industrial Revolution, or the Age of Aquarius.

If an older religion brought you ‘world without end, amen’ then why would you need to do anything in the war zone?  It was always here; it will always be here.  What possible effect can you have on this plane of matter?  If we dived into the Gloria Patri wholeheartedly, however, nobody could ever convince us of the dangers of anthropogenic climate change, so there’s that.

New ages require new texts, so we study our Scofield Bibles diligently.  There’s a new worship icon!  The State of Israel.

Counterintelligence has to do with information, especially secret information gathered about an actual or potential enemy or adversary.

Not Sure’s Unauthorized War Manual Lesson #1: You are not a civilian.  You are not a noncombatant.  You are a combatant, a belligerent, the enemy, the adversary.  Intelligence is always being gathered on you, and you are the target of every incursion and action.

The news has almost nothing to do with our lives and immediate environment.  Remember, you are the enemy.  The news is Tokyo Rose, demoralizing you 24/7.  In today’s Redux, Alan Watt mentioned an episode of the British television show, Thirty-Minute Theatre, from the late 1960s.  This episode entitled “The News-Benders” starred Donald Pleasence and is as good an example of ‘revelation of the method’ as any piece of programming ever.  Pleasence said, “News is the most perfected form of fiction”.

News is information about current events.  It is new.  It is now.  Hard news will cover politics and government, war, the economy, and similar topics that we think of as real and important.  Soft news might encompass things like sports, lifestyle, music, fashion, arts, and entertainment.  The blending of the two has probably happened since news was invented, whether we call it ‘yellow’ or ‘sensational’, but when we combine ‘pink suit’ and Kennedy assassination, Bill Clinton and ‘cigar’, Barack and ‘Big Mike’ Obama, Donald and ‘groping women’, the blend is complete.

Hard news was long the domain of the authorized press that we refer to as mainstream media (MSM).  Patriot radio was a Cold War creation of the CIA.  First it was ‘patriot’, then after 9/11, it became ‘truth’ and ‘truther’, then ‘alternative’ and ‘alt-right’, and during Covid it became ‘medical freedom’ and plain old ‘freedom’.   You don’t want to admit this, but it’s true: these are two wings of the same bird.  The mainstream tells you about a school shooting.  The alternative press tells you it didn’t happen.  The mainstream reports on some policy legislation.  The alternative media tells you that the bureaucrats collect questionable art and enjoy eating pizza, especially when it is served in establishments that sit atop a labyrinth of tunnels.

The mainstream tells you that Israel is surrounded by enemies (if it’s MSM leaning right) or that Israel is the aggressor State (when the MSM leans left).  It’s confusing though, because as Alan Watt pointed out in this talk, the war-loving neocons were happy with Obama.  Israel is beleaguered and needs all good citizens and Christians to support them or, Israel, Jews, Zionists, Amalek are behind every tragedy, every false flag, and every social ill, and Trump is in Netanyahu’s pocket and does the bidding of Zion. It all depends on which alternative you choose.  ‘Far out’ is not confined to the alternative nowadays.  This is from today’s (new, now, current) mainstream press, The Jerusalem Post, whose headline reads, “Iranian official claims Israel used 'the occult and supernatural spirits' during 12-day war”, and it tells us that a senior Iranian official has claimed that Israel deployed “the occult and supernatural spirits” in its war with Iran.

We live in a world in which we cannot be certain of anything we’re told.  People alleged that Robert Maxwell was a spy for Israel and the documentation is strong.  He was never charged with that, and he was given a hero’s burial in Jerusalem.  If 5% of what we learned about Jeffrey Epstein’s operation is true, he was the front man for a massive honeytrap operation which is Mossad/CIA/Five Eyes, and which is most likely still up and running with a new front man.  On the 6th of July, Donald Trump and the ironically named Department of Justice announced that there is no Jeffrey Epstein client list, and for sure, Epstein committed suicide.  On the 7th of July, Benjamin Netanyahu paid his third or fourth visit to the White House since Donald Trump was inaugurated as President.  Any speculation that these events are connected is silly and pointless.

Not Sure’s Unauthorized War Manual Lesson #2 (not meant to demoralize):  We have reached the time when we cannot be certain of anything.  This does not mean that some things we are told by the MSM and/or the alternative are not real, but you can never be certain if an event happened as reported, or if it happened at all.  Do you really want to spend your life comparing AI-generated images (‘Photo-shopped’ is so last year)?  Do you really have so much faith in your sources of intelligence?  In your ability to separate the rat poison from the corn?

All things are possible “as long as we understand fully, and I mean fully the situation we’re in”.

A while back I listened to an interview between James Tunney, an Irish barrister, poet, and painter, and Jeffrey Mishlove, a psychologist and parapsychologist whose career could be said to include the promotion of many of the ideas we associate with the New Age.  This talk was entitled “Crystallized Thinking”.  It is fascinating and has sparked several interesting avenues of research for me including crystallography, the history of the discovery of DNA, and the writings of the Christian mystic, Jacob Boehme.  But the point that grabbed my attention, that seemed so important for me to consider, was what Tunney said about intelligence agencies.

James Tunney was discussing John Dee, the mathematician, astronomer, occultist, and alchemist, who served as an advisor to Queen Elizabeth I.  Alan Watt has often talked about John Dee, and it was from Alan that I learned John Dee coined the term Brytish (British) Empire.  Dee was also accused of spying for the English Crown.  Tunney’s point in this conversation was that the Queen used Dee for his intelligence-gathering abilities, and Dee used all manner of sources (the stars, occult texts, and divination) to access that intelligence.

In the May 24, 2006 talk with Jackie Patru, Alan Watt said, “We have to think for ourselves.  And that’s the key, it’s thinking for ourselvesAnd you can’t figure out what the world is all about, until you start figuring out what you’re all about, you see.  Now, that doesn’t mean you sit and navel-gaze, and cross your legs and shout Om, or whatever.  It’s a matter of realizing that tremendous powers play in this world.  And no matter where you go, with following the history, and the way we’re shepherded.  So perfectly shepherded down through history, by a small group of elite masterminds, you might say.  You’ll always come up against the perfect planning of a diabolical type mind.  And unfortunately, in the language we’re given, which again, was created deliberately.  It’s minimalistic in its descriptive capacity.  But you can’t help but coming across something, which is so intensely cunning and evil and just beyond the ordinary crook or even the super crook.  Because everything today is coming into place at the same time, that was all started a long time ago”.

And now for the good news!

Intelligence is important.  It is how we acquire, understand and use knowledge.  But knowledge is the state or fact of knowing and knowledge is power.  Knowledge comes to us in ways other than what we study.  If our knowledge was limited to what we can study and verify then we’d be screwed.  Countering that form of intelligence is an ancient art; it’s easy to control what we’re given to study and easy to put a spin on it.

The knowledge that we have also comes from our experiences and our perceptions and this is much harder to counter.  When you are in the state of knowing, well, that’s damned impossible to counter.

The Tunney talk led me to Jacob Boehme, and from Boehme to Meister Eckhart, where I learned “To the quiet mind, nothing is impossible”.

I think I would enjoy the quiet and coolness of a hilltop cave.  I will burrow deep and wait out whatever cataclysm the ‘seeing stones’ of Palantir predict.  If I’m lucky, my tunnel doesn’t meet up with the nest of some evil-doing Trog.  But will I miss the entertainment?
