Tiamat Legion Medusa, 60, was born Richard Hernandez and had a dream about a snake bite, which “they” believe turned “them” into a reptoid leading to a remarkable physical transformation. The U.K.’s Daily Mail has a couple of pictures with the following caption: “Tiamat Legion Medusa before and after their various modifications. Legion has since spent more than $83,500 (£61,000) on modification surgeries including ear removal, tongue splitting, castration and countless tattoos and are nowhere near finished.”

It reminded me of a New York City nurse I knew who often shared the crazy stories of her days at work. From about 2010 on, extreme body modification had moved from tattoos and piercings and into surgical procedures. One of the more popular requests was to have horns implanted under the skin. The hospital staff were given strict guidelines of how to deal with these patients. If they believed that they were the Devil or a unicorn, this belief was to be dealt with by total acceptance. They were most certainly not to laugh.

It turns out that “first do no harm” is not part of the Hippocratic Oath but this is:

"I will follow that system of regimen which, according to my ability and judgment, I consider for the benefit of my patients, and abstain from whatever is deleterious and mischievous." Clearly, doctors have removed this from their minds as they now routinely participate in all manner of body mutilation.

For forty years, Paul McHugh was University Distinguished Service Professor of Psychiatry at Johns Hopkins Medical School, and in 2015 he received a lot of negative press for his piece, Transgenderism: A Pathogenic Meme. He wrote, “The idea that one’s sex is a feeling, not a fact, has permeated our culture and is leaving casualties in its wake. Gender dysphoria should be treated with psychotherapy, not surgery.”

Back to the Daily Mail article on body modification. I was confused that Tiamat Legion Medusa kept referring to himself as “they”, “we”, “our”, and the journalist also maintained that plural identification, but of course the clue is in “their” name. In the New Testament, there are quite a few stories of Jesus casting out demons, and he also gave his disciples power over evil spirits. In Mark 5:9, in the story of the demons and the pigs Jesus has declared, “Come out of this man, you unclean spirit.” And Jesus asked him, “What is your name?” He replied, “My name is Legion, for we are many.”

It is worth noting that much of the work that Jesus is shown doing is casting out demons. But we’ve moved past all that, right? We’ve evolved and we no longer believe in superstitious things such as angels and demons. There are rational, scientific explanations for why people do self-destructive things or create chaos. This is where psychotherapy neatly fills the void. “They’re an alcoholic.” “They had an abusive childhood, and they suffer trauma.” “They’ve been the victim of bullying and repeated micro-aggressions.” “They knew they were different since they were five years old.”

Now, we have moved way beyond the psychiatric explanation for behaviours that do not serve an individual and have detrimental effects on them and on those with whom they interact. They are no longer sick people in need of compassion as they (hopefully) try to repair their broken psyches. They are heroes whose castrations we celebrate, whose body modifications we should emulate. They have become the new normal.

It’s helpful to make little illustrations of reality so we can really see what is. What if your child had a teacher who liked to pack a little bit of vodka in her water bottle and sip it throughout the morning? No problem as long as it didn’t interfere with her ability to teach or supervise your child, right? Not likely! What if, after a few slugs of vodka, the teacher becomes verbally abusive, belittles your child, undermines your child’s sense of security and belonging, mocks your child, tells them they have a learning disability, can’t do anything right, or threatens your child with harm? Is that okay? Would it make it okay if the teacher blacked out and couldn’t recall how vile her behaviour had been? Would it make it okay if the teacher hadn’t meant any harm?

We don’t see a problem with removing our children from that abusive environment. We won’t have a hard time complaining to the school board or demanding the removal of that teacher. We would be stunned if someone suggested that the teacher’s behaviour was acceptable and that we were hateful and intolerant to think otherwise.

Alan Watt often showed us how to look at things from different perspectives, to always question official explanations. Several times, especially during The Year of Covid, he looked at those behind the implementation of this agenda and asked the question, “What is in them?” He talked about a religious explanation of perfect possession, where the host body is perfectly at peace with the bargain they have made, their body providing the opportunity for sense experiences, while their will is in complete submission to a larger, diabolic plan.

This last Thursday was the 31^st of March, and in my little town, American flags lined the main street. I was curious why. It wasn’t Memorial Day or Veteran’s Day. I looked online to see if there was some holiday I had forgotten. Cesar Chavez’s birthday, March 31^st is a holiday in some states and cities and many government offices are closed to commemorate the birthday of this labor leader and civil rights activist. Still, I couldn’t imagine this was why the flags were flying. I kept looking.

International Transgender Day of Visibility is an annual event occurring on March 31 dedicated to celebrating transgender people and raising awareness of discrimination faced by transgender people worldwide and celebrating their contributions to society.

It turned out that the flags were flying for some minor event that only had meaning for a few of the town’s inhabitants.

This week’s Redux is from Alan Watt’s 27 July 2014 talk entitled "By Following The Human Agenda You Could Become Both Ma and Pa". In this blurb, Alan read from Roderic Gorney’s 1972 book, The Human Agenda, a book set beautifully in its time, when the world was awash with panic about overpopulation, man’s destructive impact on the environment, a need to control through birth control and eugenics. Wait! Was this written fifty years ago? I thought these were our problems. Our elite ‘masters’ are nothing if not consistent in their fears and goals.

Alan starts the talk by discussing how we’re kept in constant dread of some country ‘over there’ and that we need ‘them’ to protect us from this enemy. Propaganda is too effective, and our young men willingly rush to defend us from our enemy. He reminds us of the Henry Kissinger quote that military men are "dumb, stupid animals to be used" as pawns for foreign policy. I tracked down the source of that quote. It is from page 194 of The Final Days, by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein.

This is where we find ourselves once again, victimized by rising prices, promised by our president that we will have food shortages. We will never in our lifetimes get the truth about what has happened in the Ukraine. We are being lied to in such a grand way, that we can only go by what study we’ve been able to do on similar “conflicts” down through history. John Mearsheimer in his 2015 lecture about Ukraine both predicts and explains the 2022 invasion. He does not defend Putin but asks the questions of how the West’s policies and involvement in Ukraine have created a situation where Putin feels this is the only option.

You can also find documentaries about the war in “Donbas which is part of the larger Russo-Ukrainian war,” the mass graves in that region, the atrocities that were committed in 2014 and those that continue to be carried out in a geopolitical conflict that we will never be told the truth about. There are clear political lines here. To try to find any alternatives to what we’re learning from the mainstream press puts one under fire for supporting Putin. Concerts and sporting events featuring Russian musicians and athletes have been canceled. The official narrative has been spun: Zelensky a hero, Putin a murderer.

Two Russian troops are dead and twenty-eight hospitalized after eating poisoned pastries given to them by Ukrainian citizens. A Ukrainian medic has apologized after stating that Russian POWs should be castrated. We have U.S. funded biolabs in the Ukraine which were due for closure nearly twenty years ago. There’s a money trail that leads to Hunter Biden and the offspring of Nancy Pelosi, Mitt Romney and John Kerry. U.S. and NATO allies arm neo-Nazi units in the Ukraine.

While we’re kept in a state of panic about whether we can afford to put gas in our car or bread on the table (they’ve moved us seamlessly from the sustained Covid crisis to this new drama) many sweeping cultural changes are happening at a incomprehensibly swift pace. Alan Watt often quoted Carroll Quigley saying that the main purpose of war is to change the culture of all participating parties. “You can do more on a social change level in five years of war than fifty years of peace.”

As I stumbled upon International Transgender Visibility Day, I came across a stack of laws that are being enacted in the U.S. and across the world to further what Alan referred to as the Hermaphroditic Agenda. A friend sent me another pile of links with more of the same. While we are looking at the right hand, the left is busy altering our culture in a way that we can never undo.

Alan often talked about this agenda, but you might notice that in very recent years, his comments became more veiled and cryptic. In 2016, Canada passed Bill C-16, An Act to amend the Canadian Human Rights Act and the Criminal Code. According to Wikipedia, the law adds gender expression and gender identity as protected grounds to the Canadian Human Rights Act, and also to the Criminal Code provisions dealing with hate propaganda, incitement to genocide, and aggravating factors in sentencing.

What should be interesting to the careful observer is that shortly before Alan went rather quiet on this topic, other authorized voices appeared on the scene. Alan even linked to some early rants about gender neutral pronouns that went viral. Watching these new personalities as they were launched by such established media figures as Oprah and Dr. Oz, or presented to the Council on Foreign Relations, it became apparent that these new voices were sanctioned to weigh in on all things “alternate.” Hmm.

Gorney’s book The Human Agenda covers negative eugenics, defective conceptions and abortions and those defects that are transmitted by sperm and egg. He also covers positive eugenics and quotes eugenicist H.J. Muller who participated in the “scientific optimism” of the 1950s as saying that “those who share a genuine sense of responsibility to the next generation” will want to participate in choices and programs that lead to the “children with better endowment”.

Alan talks about Edward Bernays and the creation of consent. “You want to do these things.” The government wants a perfectly compliant citizen and through gene manipulation and artificial genes we can eliminate birth defects. Why should any child have to suffer with allergies…or a low I.Q.?

All of this made me think about the movie Gattaca that portrays a future society driven by eugenics where potential children are conceived through genetic selection to ensure they possess the best hereditary traits of their parents. The movie opens with a verse from Ecclesiastes:

I leave you with a little clip of George Bernard Shaw saying that at some future time people would have to go before a panel of bureaucrats every few years to justify their existence. I’m sure our elite “masters” would simply prefer that only the justified are born in the first place. Those compliant citizens who’ve been tailor made for their duties.

Following the example of Alan, this is not a sword we’re prepared to fall on. We act as archivists, securing the record of where we came from and sharing his map for the individual to navigate through this material world. We ask the question: Do we see an intergenerational agenda, worked down through centuries by families with the right stuff, or is this Evil?
